After a warm welcome and a drink from the coffee bar, we'll take you on an educational and exciting adventure through the world of coffee. From the farm to the cup, we'll delve into the intricate process of growing and production, uncovering the unique factors that make each cup of coffee truly special. Then join Rob in roasting a batch of our newest bean, the Guatemala Geisha.

Finally, guests will experience a cupping of the Guatemala Geisha where participants will assess the aroma, flavor, body, acidity, and aftertaste of the coffee. The coffee will be brewed in small portions and served in individual cups. Each participant will smell the coffee's aroma and then taste it, evaluating its flavor profile and how well it balances various taste elements such as sweetness, bitterness, and acidity. The body of the coffee, or how it feels in the mouth, will also be assessed. The cupping will conclude with a discussion of the coffee's overall profile and any final thoughts on the flavor profile.

As a special treat, all participants will take home a bag of our Guatemala Geisha beans to brew to enjoy at home. Join us on this delectable and enlightening experience!
